New Construction & Upgrades
Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation is ever evolving to best meet the needs of the local community. Upgrades to existing facilities, and occasional addition of new parks, help to better serve residents. Check out some recent development at our parks, shown below!
Lake Rim Family Aquatic Center will be open late this summer at 2265 Tar Kiln Drive, at Lake Rim Park. The facility will feature a zero-depth entry recreation pool, and a 6-lane lap pool. A multi-feature play structure and a large slide will be located in the recreation pool. The facility also features changing rooms, concession, shade structures and more!

Eastover Community Park will soon be home to a 1,797 square foot splash pad featuring zero-depth water play features!
A new footbridge and sidewalk have been installed at J.O. Humphries Memorial in the town of Falcon.
Godwin Town Park will soon feature a 1,500 square foot splash pad that is ADA accessible! A new picnic shelter is installed and ready for use.
A new community park is currently under construction in the Grays Creek Community featuring a 2,497 square foot splash pad!
Linden Town Park will soon be home to a 1,000 square foot splash pad featuring zero-depth water play features!
