Smith Fitness Center

Adults can now exercise using some of the latest fitness technology!  The Fitness Room is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and stationary bikes to increase cardiovascular fitness. A simple questionnaire must be completed on the first visit and renewed annually.
Adults 18+; Mon.-Fri.; 10 am-9 pm, Sat.; 9 am-5 pm, Sun.; 2-5 pm
Youth 13-17; Must be accompanied by parent no children under 13 allowed

Youth Open Gym

Enjoy playing basketball?  Then come to open gym and work on your basketball skills while improving your health along with others your age. Gym hour vary depending on center activities. High School students should be prepared to present picture identification. Gym shoes and clothes must be worn. Youth open gym form required.

Traditional Martial Arts Academy

Join our martial arts classes and learn self-defense and discipline. Our trained instructor will help you develop self-confidence, balance, control and overall physical fitness through these innovative techniques. Participants also have the opportunity to compete in local and regional tournaments.
All Ages; Tues. and Fri.; 6:30-8 pm; $25/person per month

“Act like a lady” workshop series

This program is designed for young ladies to get together and discuss topics as a team that will help promote building socialization skills, positive interventions, healthy living skills, and structure strong self-esteem. Workshop will be ongoing. Mason Unlimited After School Support

Children receive tutoring and help with homework during the school year. First fifteen kids are free. Discounted rate for qualified and non-qualified families. Spaces are limited.

Swing Dance Class

Whether you want to learn how or maybe you are a seasoned dancer, come and join the fun in our Swing Dance Class. This program offers a night filled with exhilarating and enjoyable dancing giving participants the opportunity to meet new people in a safe and comfortable environment.  Everyone is welcome; couples, singles, and families.

Coding Camp

GOOGLE, FSU and FCPR have partnered to offer a 4 week coding camp for 3rd through 5th graders. The coding camp allows participants to experience coding in a relaxed and fun way with all sessions taught by college instructors.

Easter Egg Hunt

Come out for an “Egg”-tastic time at our Easter celebration. There will be games, food vendor, bounce houses and of course EGG HUNTS!

Let's Move 

Let's Move is an initiative to solve the problem of childhood obesity within this new generation. The goal is to increase opportunities for physical activity and empower parents and caregivers to make healthy choices for their families. Mid-Spring Baseball League

**IT’S SPRING BABY** BAT, BALL, GLOVE …..BASEBALL TIME!!!!!!!!
In an effort to promote baseball in the Seabrook Community, the Seabrook Mid-Spring Baseball League is a in-center coach pitch program that will allow children to be introduced to baseball in a modified tournament style play. Children grades 3-5 (7-12 yrs as of May 1st ) in the EE Smith district (Ferguson Easley, Lucile Sounders, T.C. Berrien and Westarea elementary schools). 
Registration: April 1-19

Sports Programs

Sports are year around from Football, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Indoor Soccer, Rugby, Lacrosse, and Track season will be here soon. Come on and sign up while there are plenty of spaces still available. We even have “Lil Hitters” for 3 and 4 year old boys and girls. Registration for sports is on going.
3-17 yrs; $25, Football is $30; Late registration will begin the day after the last day of regular registration for an additional $5
