Ladies Night
Ladies of all ages come out and have laughs, fun and fellowship. This is a time to create a relax atmosphere while getting to know the ladies of the community.

Act Like a Lady
This program is designed for young ladies to get together and discuss topics as a team that will help promote building socialization skills, positive interventions, healthy living skills, and structure strong self-esteem. Workshop will be ongoing. Jabez Youth Organization
(Academics, Sports, Arts and Social Programs) Our vision is to reach at-risk youth and families; spiritually, mentally and physically. We will be tutoring K-4 students in reading and math and providing physical activities such as soccer, golf and fun days.

After School Program (L.E.A.P)
Learning, Enrichment and Play, or L.E.A.P, After School Program is designed for children in grades K-8 and is broken down into times for snacks, free play and a study period when children complete homework and/or play quiet activities. Staff assists the participants with homework when appropriate. Parents must provide transportation. Recreation centers located next to year round schools follow the year round school schedule. Space is limited.
Grades K-8; Mon.-Fri. the days school is in session; 2:30-6 pm; Resident: $80/month or $25/week per child; Non-Resident: $160/month or $50/week; Pricing change Sept. 1.

Fall Festival
Come out to our School Conjunction Fall Festival Event, where there will be candy and games for the entire family, located in front of Walker Spivey Elementary School.

Thanksgiving Food Drive
With November being National Homelessness Awareness Month we are giving back and having a Food Drive! The entire month you will be able to bring in nonperishable food items. A box will be located at the entrance of the center. All donations will be given to the Salvation Army, help us reach the community one nonperishable item at a time All November!!
Family Winter Wonderland *Sneaker Edition*
Come where ADVENTURE awaits! Families come out and enjoy winter experience with your Smith, E.E Miller and Spivey family! Join us as we enjoy the winter season with crafts, food, music, and so much more! This event will be held at Spivey Recreation Center (500 Fisher Street).
All ages; Fri., Jan. 17; 6-8 pm; $10 per family, $2 every additional person
Cupid Shuffle
Shuffle over to Spivey Recreation Center for an opportunity to win A Jar full of Kisses! Cupid will be waiting to receive a cute letter where you will put your name in a jar and on February 9 a name will be drawn for the winner!
