- Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ forms) must be filled out prior to use of the equipment and renewed on an annual basis.
- Please bring your own towel to use while working out.
- Please wipe down equipment after use.

Chair Aerobics, Line Dance, and Stretch Class
Tuesday sessions of this ever-popular class include 30 minutes of line dance and 30 minutes of chair aerobics. Thursdays include 30 minutes of full-body stretch and 30 minutes of chair aerobics. The line dance group, also known as the "Tokay Rockers" performs at community events and in the Senior Games!

Chair One Fitness
Just getting started on your fitness journey? Need something a little easier on the knees? This is the perfect class for beginners or those needing to modify their workout. All exercises – dancing, stretching, strength training -are performed in the chair.

Tai Chi Practice
If you don't use it, you lose it! This time is set aside for anyone that has previously attended a Tai Chi training to get in some practice and work on their skill and technique. This is a student led practice session for individuals who have completed the part one or two training - there is no instructor to teach a "class".

Cooking4Fitness
Good nutrition and exercise are said to be the key to longevity. Learn how to live your best life by eating healthy at home. Class includes recipe, informational booklet, and samples of the food prepared. Pre-registration required no later than the Friday before class. Space is limited to 20 participants per session so make sure you sign up early!
