12 Days of Fitness Program
Just like the Christmas Song 12 Days of Christmas, you do the cumulative workout for the day that you are on. Contest begins Nov. 19. Register and obtain your check sheet at Tokay! Participants who complere the challenge by 3 pm Dec. 21 will be entered to win an FCPR Senior Programs Prize Pack. Drawing to be held Dec. 21; need not be present to win.

Tai Chi for Arthritis
This program is based upon the Sun Style Tai Chi method and is easy to learn, effective, and safe. It improves flexibility, muscle strength, and integrates mind/body. Scientific studies have shown this program to significantly relieve pain and improve physical function. Best of all, the program is free! This program is co-sponsored by Mid-Carolina Council on Government.

Tokay Senior Fitness Center Birthday Club
The Birthday Club has been established to recognize and celebrate member’s birthdays. Membership to the organization must be renewed annually. Birthday Club celebrations are held quarterly. Birthday celebrants will receive a birthday gift which has been purchased with funds paid by the club members. All participants are highly encouraged to bring a food item for the event. Dues are $15 annually. To register, please contact center staff. Please note the new start time for the luncheons.
