Effective March 25, 2020: FCPR facilities are closed to public access. FCPR will conduct business over the phone and online.   • PARQ  Forms must be renewed on an annual basis.

If so, contact staff to set up your personal Senior Fitness Assessment.  This test includes seven normative based tests, and will give you a clearer idea where you are currently in your physical fitness journey. Are you looking for a low-impact fitness option? Newcomers are welcome. Registration is on-going, beginning the second weekday of every month. Barring illness or emergency, at least 2 week advanced notice of class cancellations will be provided.

*Tokay Senior Fitness Center Birthday Club*

The Birthday Club has been established to recognize and celebrate member’s birthdays. Membership to the organization must be renewed annually. Birthday Club celebrations are held quarterly. Birthday celebrants will receive a birthday gift which has been purchased with funds paid by the club members. All participants are highly encouraged to bring a food item for the event. Dues are $15 annually, and must be paid at least 30 days prior to the quarterly luncheon. To register, please contact center staff.  Please note the noon start time for the luncheons.

Senior Citizen Insurance Information and Mental Health Seminars

Join Dr. Kris Falcon, of TPM Home Health Agency and TPM Addiction/Behavioral Counseling Services, as she facilitates. All seminars to be held in Tokay Senior Fitness Center Multi-Purpose Room from 10-11 am. Please call Tokay, at 910-433-1414 to register and ensure adequate seating.

Senior Programs Fishing Derby

Trophies will be awarded for the largest catch and most caught. Event to take place at the Pechmann Fishing Education Center, 7489 Old Raeford Road. No per-registration required.

FCPR Senior Programs/Tokay Rocker-Thon

Join us for three hours of continuous aerobic dance, with refreshments and door prizes provided by our sponsoring agencies. Suggested donation of $10-all proceeds payable to a local non-profit agency. Event to be held at Smith Recreation Center, 1520 Slater Avenue.
