Youth Open Gym

The gym is open for basketball with the exception of recreation sponsored athletic programs. Participants should bring a school or picture ID and a completed open play form must be signed by a parent in front of Staff.

Youth Open Volleyball

Dance

Fitness Room

The fitness room is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and stationery bikes. Best of all, it’s absolutely free! Registration form required at first visit.

Legacy Cheerleading

Legacy Cheer Program is here to inspire and empower girls to reach their greatest potential through sisterhood and the creative outlet of cheer. Senior Card Club

Come out to meet other seniors in the area, socialize, and enjoy some card playing. We will be offering various card games to include spades, pinochle, and much more! We will also be playing tournaments.

Senior Geek Squad

Partnering with the library we are able to provide a technology class for our seniors. They will go over typical issues that affect seniors. Spots are limited. Pre-registration is required.

Art Class

Are you interested in learning the basics in drawing or looking to advance your artistic skills? This class is available to beginner and advanced artists. Each week will focus on a new picture that you will be guided through to apply new techniques.

N2iT Karate

Try our unique Martial Arts program with concentration in: better school grades, respect, discipline, self-control, self-esteem, confidence, responsibility, stranger danger, bullying, and safety awareness.

Tang Soo Do Karate

Tang Soo Do enhances your awareness and well-being. The combat academy of Tang Soo Do offers Kata and Forms, Board Breaking, and tournaments. These family oriented classes teach self-defense, weight loss, muscle toning, physical fitness and self-discipline. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students train together.

Zumba

This Zumba is a Latin style aerobics class that is exhilarating, effective, easy to follow and calorie burning.  Great for both beginners and advanced.

Hula/Tahitian Dance

You’re never too old to learn something new! Try hula dance while learning about traditional Hawaiian culture. Classes are for both beginning and advanced students, and are fun for the whole family! This class is great for moms and daughters. Performances held throughout the year at various community events.

Intercession Camps

Camps based around the year-round school schedule that feature games, crafts, sports and more. This program is designed for children who are currently enrolled in kindergarten through age 12. Campers should bring a nonperishable lunch and two snacks to camp each day.

Grades K-8; Mon.-Fri.; Sept. 25- Oct.12; 7:30 am-6 pm; $65/week (unless otherwise noted)

Workday Camps

These camps are offered on teacher workdays (from the year-round school calendar). Program is designed for children who are currently enrolled in kindergarten through age 12. Campers should bring a non-perishable lunch and two snacks to camp each day. 
Grades K-8; Sept. 24; 7:30 am-6 pm; $13/day

Girl Scouts

Are you interested in joining the girl scouts but don’t know where to start? Join one of our troops that meet here and build character and skills while having fun! We have troops meeting here on Sat., concluding the end of May. SPECIAL EVENTS 

Adventure Kids: NC State Fair 2018

If you want a family-oriented entertainment and educational event. Join us as we travel to Raleigh for the 2018 NC State Fair. There will be plenty of animals, rides and food to enjoy. Please bring a bagged lunch and a snack, and dress for a day of walking and fun. Pre-registration required. Drop off at 7:45 am at EE Miller; pick up at 6pm at EE Miller.

E.E. Miller Monster Mash

Come celebrate the season in a family friendly way. Cliffdale and EE Miller Recreation centers will be providing a trunk or treat, costume contest, music, games, activities and much more at EE Miller Recreation center. Trunk or treat will be limited to children 12-under yrs.

Senior Yard Sale Bazaar

Come help our Senior club raise money for various non-profits around the area. We will have 30 vendors with quality new and used clothing, toys, jewelry, furniture, plants, food, coupon stockpile, crafts and much more.

Christmas Cookies, Cards and Cheer

Holiday Cheer is in the air! Participants will enjoy a fun-filled evening creating Christmas cards, holiday cookies, treats and much more. Don't miss out! Only 20 spaces are available so make sure to register early. Registration deadline is Dec. 7.
