This is a non-traditional cheerleading team that work on progressive skills training for high school and college athletic preparation. Throughout the season, team participants will be involved in extensive training to prepare for next level cheering. Ongoing classes.

The G.B. Myers Neighborhood Association
Citizens within the G.B Myers Community meet to discuss and address community concerns. These meetings assist in developing and implementing an action plan. We welcome and will appreciate the attendance of all citizens in close proximity to Geraldine Myers Recreation Center. All ideas to address community concerns will be respected and considered at these meetings.

The Sassy Women of Distinction
As one of Fayetteville’s chapters of the Red Hat Society, these ladies encourage and endear friendships in women. This group of ladies fosters fun, health and social interaction among women in various seasons of their lives. Members 50 and over wear red hats and purple attire to all social gatherings and outings. Any women under the age of 50 may also become a member, but she wears a pink hat and lavender attire to the Society's events until reaching her 50th birthday.

Individuals who wish to utilize the Chromebooks must have a completed “Chromebook Activity” registration form on file. Chromebooks can only be used within the facility for a limited time period.

This sport combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes.
