A HIIT Boot camp

A boot camp is designed to help you reach or boost your physical gains. This is a high-intensity interval training program that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods that is guaranteed to burn fat and build muscle. It doesn't matter if your personal goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance, high-intensity interval training can help you reach those results.

Wheelchair Basketball Open Gym

It's time to get in shape and sweat those pounds off. Participants must fill out a release of liability form and sign in. A picture ID is required.

Halloween Trunk-A-Treat

Calling all ghouls and goblins, looking for a safe place to collect your Halloween goodies? Come on out and enjoy the safe, fun family setting hosted by community supporters that will give out treats to the little goblins. All ages; Mon., Oct. 26; 5:30-8 pm; Free

Halloween Trunk-A-Treat Vendors

Calling all community citizen and businesses, want to help us create a safe Halloween environment for the kids to collect candy and have fun? Reserve a parking space and decorate your vehicle. Then, be prepared to pass treats and goodies out to the kids as the walk through collecting treats from vendor's trunks.
All ages; Mon., Oct. 26; 5:30-8:30 pm; $5/parking space

Pumpkin Carving Party

Bring your own pumpkin and we'll provide everything else to make a scary, creepy jack-o-lantern for Halloween! Pizza and drinks will also be served. Pre-registration required by Oct. 19.

Christmas Movie Night

Drop your kids off for a movie here at the recreation center while you finish your last minute Christmas shopping. We will also have pizza, snacks and drinks. Pre-registration required by Dec. 14.
