Cool Kids Cook!
Aspiring young cooks will love this class! Young Chefs will join us in preparing a variety of foods. Participants will then enjoy their family-style meal. Pre-registration is required.

Cheer & Tumble Class
Cheerleading promotes coordination, fitness and confidence. Learn all you need to know to prepare for middle school and high school cheerleading. This class will concentrate on cheer, motion technique, dance, jumps, tumbling and stunts.

Zumba uses a combination of easy to follow dance and fitness moves in a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away! Zumba inspires participants so that you are excited to work out for this energizing, non-stop hour.

Zumba Gold is a lower intensity class for active older adults or beginners. It focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Are you above the age of 55 and looking to get healthy? The Stedman Recreation center will be offering a FREE workout class twice a week to help you achieve your fitness goals. We will be showing a variety of senior workout videos that you can follow along with!
