Effective March 25, 2020: FCPR facilities are closed to public access. FCPR will conduct business over the phone and online. FCPR will not take any additional shelter or room reservations until after May 31. FCPR staff will contact and work with affected individuals and groups to reschedule or refund at a later date. As conditions change, the status of these postponements and closures will be re-evaluated.

Want to Officiate?


We need umpires and referees for both youth and adult sports.  Earn good money and provide a community service at the same time.  No experience is necessary, but you need to attend a free, sport specific clinic prior to the season you work.  Contact the booking agent at  Don’t wait, the next season is almost here.

Junior Official Program

This 3 part program will focus on the following:

  • Level I will focus on Life Skills training involving decision making, conflict resolution, team building, customer service and communication.
  • Level II will focus on athletic offi ciating philosophies, rule enforcements, exams, mechanics and film review.
  • Level III will focus on the field/court practicum exercises with live scrimmages.

Prospective officials must complete each level in order to advance to the next phase. Upon completion of all 3 levels, graduates have the opportunity to offi ciate youth games in the FCPR Program and earn CASH! Register at any recreation center or call for more information.
