Reserve a Facility

Parks & Recreation has many facilities and park pavilions available to the public. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis with applicable fees paid in full. Pavilion reservations are taken at the administrative office at 121 Lamon Street, unless otherwise noted. Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Call 433-1547 for more information.

Rooms in recreation centers are reserved through the center.

Athletic facility reservations are made through the Athletics Division office. Call 433-1547 for information.


Policies 

Reservations have priority and guarantee use of the assigned area only.

Full rental fee and deposit are required before the facility is reserved.

Cancellations may be made up to two weeks prior to the day of the event with a full refund of the deposit/fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for building rentals, or a $10 cancellation fee for picnic shelter rentals. After two cancellations, NO REFUNDS will be given.

Outdoor facilities close by dusk unless special permission has been granted by the Director of Parks and Recreation.

Where applicable, the user will furnish the Department with an itemized statement of admissions or fees collected to include the balance of fees due within a 24-hour period after use or on Monday following a weekend usage.

For building rentals, the Department will grant use of tables and chairs available at the center. All other equipment desired is the responsibility of the user.


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED

The user is responsible for leaving the area clean and is liable for any damages occurring during use. A $200 deposit is required on all building rentals. If area and equipment are left in good condition or replaced with equipment of equal value, the deposit will be returned. If not, the deposit is forfeited.
